Why have they only just now realised they need one? :S It looks like a panic move and it's a complete bodge. It's not exactly going to endear Nintendo to early purchasers who already got burnt after the price cut either - now they'll need to buy a new accessory if they want to play all 3DS games that get released. I'm really glad I've decided to hold off buying one until there's more good software, I think I'd be pretty downhearted if I'd bought one at launch. I'm not as burned out as some people might be, because I have feeling only few select titles will use this controller (maybe just Monster Hunter), and I might have it lying around like I do all my other attachments that I have gathered over the years. I won't be surprised if this is only Monster Hunter thing. However Nintendo really needs to umm make it look better, it really looks strange.
