Dual Analog FPS on WiiU?

You sure that wasn't due to recoil? Or that the game may be in the early stages of development?

And I just thought of a way the WiiU controller could be used. You would have it so the screen was parallel to the TV screen and you would see in the screen like through a sniper scope. You could turn around and the image on the screen would turn with you. Pulling the controller towards you would zoom in, while pushing it away would zoom out, or you could assign this to buttons. This would mostly work on long range and not when there were a lot of enemies around you. But I think it would be neat.

This was already shown during Nintendo's presentation as a demo for WiiU being integrated with the Zapper....

Also, this excerpt from Iwata Asks is behind some of the ambiguity regarding whether or not WiiU games would work without motion-plus. Once again let me just restate that it's not this issue in particular which has me disappointed in general, rather a large collection of issues, not the least of which is the fact that it seems Wii is dead, and any motion-plus support at all will probably be moved to WiiU... To me it feels like Nintendo has not delivered on their promise to consumers, and are now asking me to pay up again in order to get what I thought I was getting the first time...

Yeah, they could drop the normal wii remote for WiiU software (Iwata did correct him). They just need to confirm it, it's just that the specs given from them says all controllers. I'll just wait for them to confirm it, either way I might start selling my old wiimotes+motionplus's and update them to colored controllers xD

Onto the second part. There has been a lot of promise from the devices Nintendo released with the Wii, both balance board to motion plus, some might say even the remote... so I understand how you feel. I also wanted more motion plus software for the Wii. Will Nintendo fullfill their promise this second time?
