EDIT: And Galaki is somewhat right in what he is saying. He means that your sucking while dancing won't affect much your gameplay while playing with others; you might shout "Why isn't this working?" while doing an outrageous move and having a blast moving around your partner.
The problem comes from the player and not the tracking itself.
