you are 15 and growing, be very careful restricting your food intake. just try avoiding some of the more unhealthy foods.
snacking in between meals on junk food is a big cause for a lot of unhealthiness in younger people. a couple examples of good snacks are fruits and nuts. If you are feeling especially hungry between a meal, you could try a can of soup, they are mostly low in calories and very filling.
keep in mind, that eating healthy and appropriately is the most important thing you should be thinking about when looking at your diet. some other things i would recommend are not skipping meals (especially breakfast), getting at least 8 hours of sleep, and a multivitamin(the local grocery store or pharmacy should have some recommended for teens)
For exercising just keep it simple: push-ups, pull-ups, sit-ups, and plenty of walking/bike riding/sports.
