You don't count 4 WM in the same house as 4 different families that can buy and play a game. For companies that want to see how big the market is for Move the way the data is presented is the best.
Also, it is hard to define the Move. Some games use 2 moves controllers per player. Should we count 2 controllers as a Move or one?
