That's why Pachter said (and he's undoubtedly right here) it would be much easier for developers to port Natal/Move games to a Wii HD. Why does the Wii have this poor 3rd party support ? Because it would be too much work to downscale the game, adding motion controls and make it run decently on the Wii.
Nintendo can't lose anything. If only 20% of the current Wii audience would make the jump and buy a Wii HD some new customers, it would already be a huge win.
