MegaMan is a rather bad example as it wasn't released at the same time on all platforms.
XBLA should be the biggest without a doubt. Then probably PSN and after that WiiWare. (Without counting the PS1 games, WiiWare might be 2nd)

There is no real sales data for PSN games AFAIK. Only monthly top 10s without numbers.
