He was venting, to make himself feel better. But he has no idea what he's talking about, so it's just needless finger-pointing.

It may seem like he does not know what he's talking about, but if someone is being provocative and not knowing what he's talking about it should be classified as trolling too since it's difficult to tell if he's doing it on purpose.
