I think this is really a counter move to Sony's PSPgo, rather than what they are setting it to be ( A redesign for the elderly).
Look, sales of the PSP this week were higher than those of the DS, even not counting the PSPgo.
DS sales are going down, and Nintendo, just like last year, will release a redesign to spur sales back up.
