As I read through the news on german sites: First: I as wrong on one point: No USK-rating (as UC has) is not completely the same as 'Keine Jugendfreigabe' (no release for young people) as RE4 got. So the situation for UC is badder as for RE4. and second: As this doesnt mean that it get on the index at the BPjM it may be likely and it seems that Nintendo decided not to release the game for germany (as Microsoft did with Gears of Wars). That's a pity.
