If you like arcade twitch based puzzle game. Yes, puzzle due to having to figure out all the week spots, how to get stars, 1 punch knockdowns, and everything else. Then buy Punch-Out!! I've put plenty of hours into the game and I still find more hidden secrets to beat people faster.
If you want a RTS type game, then go Little King's Story. I haven't played it myself, but I'm yet to hear anything bad about it.
Personally, I'd go with Punch-Out!! first, but that is because I've always loved punch-out!! If you want a sample of Punch-Out!! you can buy the NES version on the VC for $5. They play similar, so the only downside of doing this is you essentially play about 1/3 of the game via the original.
