RE5 is the first RE game on a Microsoft console. Look at DMC4, it's comparable.

Lost Planet started on the 360 so it's userbase is much bigger.

No but I'm saying that a higher percentage of PS3 owners had or still have a PS2

Those hardcore Playstation/Resident Evil fans (who are far more than XBOX fans) have surely bought a PS3 in the first weeks/months and of course bought their next Resident Evil game on a PS console.
