I have fairly good ballance. Not phenominal, but I'm steady enough that with a bit of luck I can stay within the +/- 0.1% for 3 seconds. Like I said, the first 2 are a piece of cake, so really it is only a matter of the 3rd one.
Also, holding your breath or slowly breathing out over the 3 seconds helps, as then you don't really move any muscles at all, which helps keep you steady.
