I beat it on my third try (~30 seconds total) roughly a week after I got Wii Fit, but haven't beat it since. I can easily get 3sec on round 1 & 2, but round 3 is so hard.
for those saying they got perfect balance on the daily test, that isn't quite the same, as in the ultimate balance test you have to maintain a range of +/- 0.1% from 50.0% for 3 seconds. While in the daily test, you only really have to average 50.0% over the entire test.
