The Call Of Duty series sold pretty well on the Wii with COD3 - 1.22 million and COD5 - 1.31

Wow, expectations are so low for this. Modern Warfare is the highest selling FPS of all time and is the best in my opinion. Certianly, based on the quality alone, it would blow World at War's sales out of the water.

probably about the same as WaW. But possibly a bit more or a bit less



I mostly play RTS and Moba style games now adays as well as ALOT of benchmarking. I do play other games however such as the witcher 3 and Crysis 3, and recently Ashes of the Singularity. I love gaming on the cutting edge and refuse to accept any compromises. Proud member of the Glorious PC Gaming Master Race. Long Live SHIO!!!!

Even tho its old its still CoD and a MW which people seem to adore, (Personally i preferred W@W to MW1. Will deffo prefer it to MW2 as that p.o.s will be worse than the 1st in every way) so i think itll sell just fine. Even better than W@W. Ill say 1.73m lifetime.

it has the potential to be a 4 million lifetime seller but there is basically no promotion of Activition 4 this game and it will probably reach with good luck 1.75 million in about 2 years of selling when Call of Duty: Mofern Warfare 2 Double the Reflex come out

I agree, it would mostly depend on quality. Then again, the game has been out since 2007 on three other platforms. If it is going to sell to anyone, it would be those who haven't played or owned it on those three platforms in the first place. Considering that, it could do a moderate amount for Wii only owners. Maybe 600k through the Christmas season and 1-1.3 m LTD. The 360 and PS3 versions still sell more than 10k a week right? The Wii should do well enough.
