no, dude, it's a YEAR OLD port.
more 147k FIRST day on japan only ps3 its impressive.
graces will likely outsell vesperia on a single console, but not ps3+360.

I'm not though. Seriously, what did everyone expect from ToS2? To sell millions or something? As far as I know, Symphonia isn't really liked as much as over here (mostly US though; and I mean compared to other Tales games) and its pretty much low-budget compared to main titles.
And ToV PS3 is pretty much a ToV 1.5. I mean, they add some stuff to main story line, 2 characters (yes, I'm gonna count Flynn, if thats his name, because he wasn't really playable in ToV x360), and tons of other things (like side quests, bosses, skits, cutscenes, songs and more).
The game will not sell well because it is a port....
The game is more than a port...
=p pfff

No matter how you spin it, it's still a year old port.
I do agree that Graces will outsell it rather easily.
Tales of Graces should become the 2nd best selling tales game ever
All hail the KING, Andrespetmonkey

140k is for the first day of sale only... It will be close to 200k for the first week. |
o then that changes everything!
200k first week is it?
70-80k 2nd week
35-45 3rd week
so year ur 300k predicition is spot on if anything it will be higher
however it will take a whiel to reach 400k and doubt it will make 500k (unles christmas is like a miracle season)
Soriku said: I don't need spin when I have sales data of other Tales ports (some are even more than a year old. Heck they ported Eternia to the PSP and that's from the PS1.) and the huge list of additions. Not only would PS3 owners want to play it, 360 owners will too. It's not surprising to see it do well at all. Only people who don't really know much about the series would say it wouldn't do well. |
You're spinning so much that you must be dizzy. It's a year port. Period. No ifs ands or maybes about it.

What about Tales of Hearts? That was Destiny and it flopped.
