10K was first day sales, since it came out 4th September and that 10K sales was as of 5th september, so it should be higher as of 12th september

And yet there were many predicting sales of 1 million and over, some even 2 or 3 million.

I still stand by my prediction of 400k Lifetime or less.

Sad sad sad. I am 1/3rd through Metroid Prime 2 now, after finishing MP1 100%. Getting 100% in 2 is so much harder, there are just SOOOOOOOOOOO many scans!

I have to disagree with you on the stages:  I actually think it had the best stages of all the Brawls, and that's not including the custom making stages.

Looks like it was overtracked by VGchartz. NPD doesn't even have it on the top 10, and that means the game sold less than 90k first week.

I think 110 k is actually pretty decent , i mean Metroid is popular mainly among the die hard Ninty fans that probably arleady own the copies of all three games, releasing it cost Nintendo pretty much nothing so if it sells something like 500k lifetime it will be actually a very good result.

ok this really is poor, 26k 2ed week americas and 10k 1st week europe is just bad.

i dont care if its a re-release, so was mario all-stars and orange box and they sold well. There are 52,940,000 wii owners who should be embarrassed.

Exactly ,  People need to understand there is a low percentage of hardcore gamers on the Wii ,  Metroid Prime 3 selling a 1.3 million is a big win.

And if this sells half a million it is a gold mine.  having already 115K it is really good. 

Poor by all means , but there are 90% of casual gamers.  Most of the Hardcore on Wii already got Metroids , and it's left to those who couldn't get to the opportunity to get all , and this is what is all about. Support from the Retrostudios!  Trilogy is the first to be re-released with new play control and if you ask me THIS IS AWESOME! I personally own all 3 and do not have plans yet buying , but as I would love to!

Even if it's only a half of million at the end , those will be very pleased.

Those who played MP3 on wii , and do not WANT to buy Trilogy are just playing dumb. The first game is actually the best expericene(the best feel)

Those who loved the MP3 and thought it was hard but fun too , just need to relax , feel the awesomeness of the exploration no other game has to offer(well zelda , but that's all) , the exploration is the destination. Don't see it as a hard game to excuse for not buying , get up with your skills damn it you don't want to loose the excitement , the honor , and the best experience with motion controllers (basically other causal games do not implement this new tech so good)
