I would just say find someone, make friend with them and ask em out, that considering you want a nice girl. If you want a hot girl to beat your friend just find a hot girl that just likes to mess around.
MAKE SURE that if your not going to commit or care about her, she's ready for the same and vise versa.

don't waste your time and energy unless you want to stick with her forever. At your age, you might as well just enjoy friends and have fun rather than worrying about stupid relationship stuff. If you were say 4 years older, I might consider typing something else.
