Those two new guys, Kane and Big Show, they need to be pushed. Definitely rising stars.

For a minute, I thought they had it.  First, Big Show.  Then, Kane.  It could have gone either way.  I was on the edge of my seat!!  That ending was a shocker.

I kinda wish that when Bryan got eliminated that everyone just mass exodus walked out of the arena. That would have been awesome. If I was there I would have walked out after Bray Wyatt got jobbed. When Reigns won it would have been crickets.

Boo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Boo-hoo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

LMAO

Those are my emotions directed towards the WWE right now.

It's as if Vince looked directly into my brain and said to himself, "Who's the one guy in this match that I can have win that amp316 would be the most upset with?" and went ahead and did it. I'd rather have Titus O'Neal, Tyson Kidd, or the Boogeyman win. Okay, maybe not the Boogeyman, but you get my point. Then Vince had the balls to troll me at the end by having Rusev look like he could pull out the heel win by rolling into the ring, kicking Reigns in the head, and tossing him over the top rope. But no! Reigns speared him and tossed him out in like a half a second...

WWE, you hear me loud and clear. I am cancelling my subscription to the WWE Network immediately. Oh wait... That's right... I don't have one.

Here's hoping that Cesaro leaves and goes somewhere where he's appreciated by the powers that be.

And why did they do that to Daniel Bryan? Why?

The issue I had with the rumble, after a few hours to contemplate it, is that they apparently followed the exact same formula they had with Survivor Series. Have the Authority goons dominate and hope that the crowd will get behind the one guy left to "defy the odds" and win the match. Problem is that turned the match itself into a boring and predictable mess.

Everyone knew Reigns was gonna win the thing when he was highlighted so well in last year's rumble. The only thing that kept people thinking he might not win it was that Bryan might win it instead. Knocking him out early was a smart move. Get him out and let people get angry about it, then build the match back up and get them invested in the winner. Problem is they totally failed in the second half of that solution.

Yep, I guess so.

Seriously though, Carl.  Can you(or anyone for that matter) think of a guy that has been pushed to be THE TOP GUY this quickly with this little talent as a wrestler and on the mic?  Goldberg ( for example) got pushed way too soon, but was much more dominant with power moves and overall strength.

Lex Luger kinda comes to mind. He was pushed after he bodyslammed Yokozuna on that aircraft carrier. I have no idea if he became champ though. Otherwise the only one I can think of is The Great Kali. But even when he was supposed to be dominant I could never take him seriously.

I don't know.  Luger wasn't Ricky Steamboat but he could put on a match that told a story by selling moves, working on an injury, etc.  Also, he could display freakish feats of strength like you mentioned above.  Roman Reigns can't even powerbomb a guy without his two Shield members helping him.

Honestly the only thing that Reigns has going for him is that some women find him attractive.

I cant think of anyone.

The only thing that Reigns has going for him is his marketability. He is a good looking, well built guy and he does a superman punch. The kids love him, the mums love him. That means merch, which means Vince will push him.

Whats going to be funny in the run up to WM though, is how they will build the feud with Lesnar. Are they expecting Roman Reigns to be able to go toe-to-toe with Paul Heyman on the mic.

I can't argue that. His move set is very limited to basic punches and kicks. Not to mention his finisher is a really lazy move.  He also needs help with his promos and his music and entrance is still the original Shield entrance. Its like they are unsure if he could survive a rebranding.
