Well an expensive game will have a massive marketing budget, otherwise whats the point.

In movies the marketing budget is usually equal to the cost of production. Does anyone know the approximate proportion for games?

I estimate $80-100 million in dev costs, accompanied by at least $40 million in final costs for marketing (minimum).
