Hey forum junkies! How many of you have entered the limerick contest? Who is daring enough to share their limerick with the community? =P
SEGA was kind enough to send over some pretty slick Virtua Tennis 2009 swag for a VGChartz community contest. Thanks SEGA!
To enter the contest, write a tennis-themed limerick and send it to contest@vgchartz.com with your VGChartz username. The poem can be humorous, heart-warming, informative, or whatever you choose. Be creative! If you don't know what a limerick is, click here. For examples, visit the limerick database.
Useful Information:
- The contest entries are due on July 17th by 11pm EST (8 pm PST). Winners will be announced the following week.
- You must be a member of VGChartz. Register here if you are not already a member.
- This contest is open to everyone (who can receive mail).
- You may submit only ONE limerick per person.
- Limericks will be judged anonymously by the VGChartz staff.
- The limericks must have proper form (See the link above if you don't know what a limerick is)
Prizes: (All pictured below)
First place: A very rare, lime green SEGA track jacket.
Second place: A sweatband and wig, Virtua Tennis branded tennis balls and finger sweatbands.
