Wario Ware can be pretty funny, you only use 1 remote but the multiplayer is still great.
Bomberman (wiiware) is fun too.
Resident Evil UC
Mario Kart Wii
SSBB
Wii Sports
The House of the Dead II & III
Bloom Blox and the last but not least
Wario Ware Inc: Smooth Moves, wich is for one single player, but it can be enjoyed by many people at the same time.
The Duel mode of Star Wars: The Force Unleashed is very fun. Unpolished, and only for two players, but still worth at least a rental just for that mode.
The 1Up review for PunchOut!! says the multiplayer can be a blast with a bunch of friends, so when that bad boy comes out, you might wanna pick it up. Rockband is also always a good choice for friends.
My Games of 2011:
The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword
Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim
Super Mario 3D Land
Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception
Thanks for the answer but I was thinking more about 4 players multiplayer games sorry for not stating that crearly on the OP.
We play a lot of SSBB and MKWii thats a given, a friend of mine has a copy of Wario Ware so we are going to try it.

You should try bomberman, it has a 4 players multiplayer and bots.
Get Boom Blox: Bash Party. It's out in a few weeks, and it looks to be a massive improvement over the first game which was already great.

Have mercy on this ol' fool... *still got b!tchslapped*
try rockband or guitar hero.
I mostly play RTS and Moba style games now adays as well as ALOT of benchmarking. I do play other games however such as the witcher 3 and Crysis 3, and recently Ashes of the Singularity. I love gaming on the cutting edge and refuse to accept any compromises. Proud member of the Glorious PC Gaming Master Race. Long Live SHIO!!!!
