I don't know, I found it rather interesting. The struggle between Mario and my Blastoise was an interesting psychological experiment.....he kept trying to jump on him, and Blastoise didn't like that very much. However, they did come to an understanding after I got Surf.

Ahh, you see I took Fire mario, so there was no way I could've taken Blastoise. So I was essentially limited to Charizard and Red Pikmin for the entire game

I went with Ice Mario. I'm a sucker for things blue......as evidenced by my sig and avatar. However, next time I start a new game, I'm going to try Luigi next, and see how he and Venusaur are. That seems like an interesting combination. Or perhaps I should try Wario and Pikachu.......maybe Waluigi and Arbok.......Peach and Jigglypuff.......decisions, decisions!
