You are better off wishing mistwalker game on the wii than a ps3!

This is just speculation, no facts whatsoever. Like badgenome said, the basis behind this guy's claim is false as well.

Although, I wouldn't be surprised if we see this game sooner or later...

I don´t think it´s going to be a LO2. Sakaguchi said that they are going in a new direction, with a new vision, blah blah blah... Though his blogs are always rather cryptic so it could end up as LO2.
