Soriku, the 60 gb is $499, and its the one that people seem are buying, get over it. If the PS3 gets down to $399 in time for FFXIII we may very well see the gap close between the 360 and the PS3. Now if people get tired of the Wii we may even see the PS3 win. Now little Nintendogs, don't think I don't already hear you saying "TEH WII IS NOT A FAD." The point is there is a saturation point, we may be no where near it but I think we are closer too it than most Nintendo fans want to think. As the number of Wii owners grow the people that are like "This is amazing! See?... Friend says: I gotta have one" will become jaded and tired of the system. The word of mouth dies... and possibly the insane sales.



PS: I love Metroid Prime 3.

Nope, and they'll have a pretty big impact when they do release, though I think many overestimate the current selling-power of the MGS and FF franchises. They're just not the shining stars they once were. They'll be automatic multi-million sellers but IIRC, all three games on the PS1 moved close to or more than 10 million units.

With the expected userbase of the PS3, I don't see any of those games (excepting GT5 possibly) moving more than 5m units, roughly half of their predecessors.

I dont think any of the wii games suck other than the third parties, because nintendo makes magnificant games, I know first hand since I use to be a hardcore nintendo fan. Really soriku its because your a fanboy, I bet if you play warhawk or heavenly sword you will be in love with those games. Same with me any adventure game on a nintedo system gets me to love it especially mario galaxy, and zelda games. They are magnificent games.

Actually FF is going to be on the Wii in the form of Crystal Chronicles; and don't be too surprised if FF XIV is too. 

Mario, Zelda, Metroid, Pokemon, Animal Crossing, etc. sure as hell are not on the PS3. 

I'm not a PS3 basher but you force me to shoot down your insanity. It's as if you make kamikaze posts to try to destroy the evidence that your precious PlayStation isn't coming in first this time.  Check my signature (the middle part).  

FF GT GTA MGS are the best and you know it so iam bragging about them, (thats pretty much your advice anit it ?) it takes quite the delusional person to deny the great sales and great reviews those games get.

But as we all know, lots of member on here does deny the selling power of GTA so its not to be unexpected.
