Even if he was, how does that work? I've seen some forums where mods are chosen by the general populace, but my assumption was that VGChartz was like the norm and if a new mod would be approached by the administrators.

Which is why I need you to spread the word to the administrators why you want me as the next mod. Just shoot them all a PM about how awesome I'd be.
