The moment I heard it wasn’t going to be a point and click adventure I lost all intrest………well I take that back I hope it fails on such an epic level it inspires some dev to say hey”do you think a point and click adventure like the first couple we had would sell well” and then lucasarts to say well it couldn’t be any worse

Then I would by it in a heart beat and then some……no questions….i am sold

firstly, what?

secondly it is, to some degree, a point and click.

“When we make some new announcement and if there is no positive initial reaction from the market, I try to think of it as a good sign because that can be interpreted as people reacting to something groundbreaking. ...if the employees were always minding themselves to do whatever the market is requiring at any moment, and if they were always focusing on something we can sell right now for the short term, it would be very limiting. We are trying to think outside the box.” - Satoru Iwata - This is why corporate multinationals will never truly understand, or risk doing, what Nintendo does.

This game is still in development. The development team still has time to work on the graphics.

If Nintendo is successful at the moment, it’s because they are good, and I cannot blame them for that. What we should do is try to be just as good.----Laurent Benadiba
