What's bullcrap is the idea that how we act towards non-American citizens. It is highly contradictory to not give non-citizens the same legal rights as citizens when it is the US pursuing a legal action against them.

I have always felt we should treat all peoples in the world we prosecute by the same constitution we cherish and defend.
