It's extremely disturbing. I don't even remember what thread it was in, but I remember he kept quoting somebody (Rol I think) and replacing the quote with Kim Possible in a suggestive position.

Best way: Posting porn.
Easiest way: Be a mod and accidently ban yourself. (it's been done twice now)
Fastest way: Ask a mod to be banned. (I think he is still banned)
