I found something interresting for kitase (FFXIII producer) and nomura (FFvsXIII producer). Kitase was invited by famitsu to write a little review of one of his favourite game. He chose "the last guy" (psn game). In his review, you can read: "would be nice if they (sony japan) added a level where you can save people from SE building. I also noticed that there are VIP that you can save to earn more points. Players could have a "save VIP CEO Wada" mission to save this man who's disliked in his company (ouch...). It even would be more interresting if they (players) could say: "I don't like that man, f*** him, I'll let him die..."" If you dig a little more it appears that kitase and his team do not approve the fact that FFXIII will appear on 360 and the commercial vision of wada san. It's said that kitase and nomura could leave SE to create their own company once fabula nova cristallis completed... So, that's f**** hardtalk, I love all this bitchin! What do you think? If they Leave Sony better do what Microsoft did with Sakaguchi and buy them their own studio to get them to make exclusive PS3 games.

Wait, so these 2 guys do not like the fact that FFXIII went multi?

If they do leave I do not think it would be too hard getting them onto the Sony ship.

Sony and MS would both have FF creators on board for exclusive RPGs, I like that idea.

Yes euphoria, kitase and nomura are what we call sony fanboys or sonysex, that's one of the reason why versus XIII is still a ps3 exclusive.

 Well then SE may have just made a huge mistake I guess.

When you have 2 guys who are well known by the FF community and well respected for those games the last thing a company should do is make them upset.

You realize how people say "It is not up to the developer whether a game stays exclusive or not"? In this case it just may end up that SE should have listened to it's Devs.

FF was going down enough as it is, this would hurt the franchise so bad.

This is like Itagaki no longer doing Ninja Gaiden (I guess this is a reality right?) or Kojima not doing Metal Gear.

Well they are not happy with the decision made but come on, they will leave the biggest JRPG company in the world and lost there status as the SE "golden boys" due to the game being multi-plat?

Assumptions are terrible things to make, especially when it consists of leaving the cosiest job in the gaming industry. Both of them are rolling in $$$ and Nomura still kept Versus PS3 only so Wada does care for them.

 What is so golden about SE lately? They are doing so bad that their best games recently are remakes and ports of older titles.

These guys would be much better suited with their own company. That way nobody tells them what to do with their games.

If the SaGa Team ever leaves (I wonder if I am the only one who cares about these guys...) SE would then be dead to me. Those guys are the BEST!

I think that if kitase and nomura leave SE, then go knock at sony's door and say "hi, we wanna create our own studio, do you want us to work with you?" there will be no problem for them. We all agree when we say that Square soft was way better than Square Enix. And most of all, I don't think it must be so cosy to work in this company.

Nomura will never leave the KH franchise.
