The servers are getting hit too hard I guess. SOCOM forums are down. Playstation forums are getting hit hard at the same time. Its pretty crazy atm...and I wanna play before the debate

Instructions are in the SOCOM manual.  You can pair it via USB or via Bluetooth.  USB pairing is automatic, but to pair it via Bluetooth it has to be disconnected from the charger.  Good Luck!

 I hate seeing stuff like this. How did you not know it was coming out? I would have it now, but my birthday is on the 25th so i'm getting it as a present. The 11 day wait from it coming out to my b-day is killing me!

Apparently the retail version of Socom Confrontation is having almost as many problems as the beta.

Here at my gamestop, they seemed to have plenty of copies of SOCOM alone and only about 3 SOCOM - headset bundles.

Just got the game today. It's very fun. I had no lags or connection problems so far. My biggest gripe was that update. It's half a GB! Also I got that saved data corrupt thing, but you just need to delete the saved file and it'll work. The servers seem to be disorganized. The rank servers don't tell you which game mode its on. Also, the headset rocks.

The fact that it has a total of zero reviews on metacritic is not a good sign...

 thats true.

games like resistance, gears 2, farcry 2 and call of duty will overshadow it.

but socom has a good fan base, much like warhawk its online only, i do however expect good sales for this game it comes with the new hq enabled headset.
