Another method is that there is a sticker switch of a shoe in the first level. If you throw the sticker on it will begin a hidden race and there will be an owl waiting for you to swing on. This will also get you the "secret stickerist" trophy

Yeah I couldn't grab the owl the first time, maybe I just messed up.
But I was in the third kingdom by the time I realized that the items in the sticker menu ?!?trigger functions?@?! were things I could patch onto other stuff in the level to unlock secrets.

I'm having trouble finding where to put the large face in the level where you find the little mole for the mother mole, level 2 world 2.
