This is a real question and i'm not just being rhetorical, what is "mature"?

Just one problem: most of these games are not in fact mature: they present their content in the least mature possible light. They do this because craving this content for its own sake is not a mature response to it: the only real market for these games can't actually handle the content, because mature people find it repulsive. The M rating has become nothing more than a marketing term, and needs to be changed to a word with more negative connotations.
Complexity is not depth. Machismo is not maturity. Obsession is not dedication. Tedium is not challenge. Support gaming: support the Wii.

i noticed this a while ago.
AAA mature titles like RE5, FF13 FF13v, GTA4, MGS4 are STILL HD.
and those are the games i care for, this christmas and next year look alot better to have ps360.
than a wii.
Okay I can reword it to more violent theme which was what I intended, I just use the word mature because M rating is universally understood. (I guess so is violent theme).
I won't argue semantic over what is considered mature, I like violent game, I went gaga over Mortal Kombat when it first came out and was all over Quake and CS. True wanting violent game simply because they're violent isn't worthwhile but in all honesty, if No More Heroes had Mario with a wrench smacking evil toadstool, i probably wouldn't look at it for long enough to realize its a good game.
^^This is kind of what i was getting at but i wanted to make sure that people were in fact referring to M rated games. I find it rather ironic that some people won't buy a game unless it is realistic, gritty or has overt violence, and these are supposedly mature games which are being played by mature gamers. Surely a mature gamer would look past the superficialities and see the game for what it is. There are games out there that while not appearing realistic, still offer a challenge to the "mature" gamer.
Ok, violent then, i think it will a 'problem' for the whole generation but less than on the N64 and Gamecube i think. Some violent games are really good;)
I noticed that you said you were wondering how FPS control on the Wii. The IR pointer is very accurate and works very well for shooters. It is much more natural than dual analog controllers and in my opinion, works much better.

Mature games on Wii; basically anything with Wii in its name. I have hard time thinking of more mature games than Wii Sports/Play/Fit. The rest of the library then is more or less immature, just like the PS360 library. So the complaint about Wiis lack of mature games is interesting, especially when the competition is doing even worse in relation.
