I guess now we know how the PS3 fans felt in their first 6 months with all the Sony FUD out there. It has become relentless lately on VG Chartz and it's really getting old. We have enough Too Human hate alone to fuel a fanboy rocket for a lifetime... Perhaps we need a little more active modding in the 360 forums to reduce trolling a bit. (that goes for the other forums as well)

Let me also add that I don't think MS is the uber console and does nothing wrong.  It has its issues.  But the FUD and hate on this site is getting really, really old.  Childish and old.

Lol u can't compare ps3's fud to 360's fud. For the ps3, it lasted like almost an entire year (some of it still goes on today) and within that year, a book was written on its failure. From what I've seen, this 360 fud that u speak of has in no way been as long (I would say its been maybe like a couple months) or as grand scale as the ps3's. When a book is written about RROD or negative stigma placed by the masses, then come talk to me.

So, you want a forum where people can only say positive things? What's the point of that? A forum is for discussion.

I took care of the dupe too human threads since we don't need a new thread for every article about the game. FYI in the future, as a general rule if there is an active thread on a subject you should add any extra info to the existing thread. This is true of positive and negative topics alike.

As far as the FUD is concerned I haven't personally seen the pattern but I can tell you that anything false or unsubstantiated will be dealt with if you report it.  But if something is true, like in the case of these negative Too Human previews/reviews/whatever, it is a legit topic that will be allowed.  We just won't have 3-4 topics on it.

It's very hard to separate the FUD from the Trolling... To be honest with you, when my 360 broke in September of 2006 before GoW and the warranty extension I was really pissed. Since the new 360's are better and there are so many good games, I might rebuy (though it isn't looking like it right now). 360 had some pretty major flaws. MS has a lot of work to do if it wants to survive in the game business.

It has nothing to do with bad news. Bad news is what it is and there's no stopping it.

Part of the problem (at least here on VGC) is that there aren't that many 360 supporters. A thread starts and every PS3/PS2/Wii fan jumps in to add to the FUD. The same holds true in the Sony forum and the Wii forum and I'm sure I've participated at some level in the past.

That said, VGC needs more 360 supporters to keep the forum alive and kicking...

It's also pretty easy to notice that quite a few mods are quick to ban the MS fanboys, while ps3 fanboys usually have to drop some kind of atomic bomb to get the same ban.

Now don't get me wrong, I think all fanboys could use a timeout when they misbehave, but there's definitely a larger sony fanbase on these forums, in both the mods and community, and it really shows in the prejudice.
