Flop or Not is back again, with the XBOX 360 edition:  Six games coming out on the horizon... Will they flop or not?

1.  Ninja Gaiden 2

Ninja Gaiden II is an upcoming sequel to Ninja Gaiden for the Xbox 360, due for release in June 2008. It is being developed by Team Ninja and published by Microsoft Game Studios exclusively for the Xbox 360. This is also the first time that the game will not be published by Tecmo. While sharing the number as the NES game Ninja Gaiden II: The Dark Sword of Chaos, it is not related to said title.

2.  Fable 2

Fable 2 is an upcoming role playing video game exclusively for the Xbox 360, which is being developed by Lionhead Studios and will be published by Microsoft Game Studios. It is a sequel to Fable and Fable: The Lost Chapters. Announced in 2006, the game is set to release sometime in 2008, "maybe when the leaves have a slight brownish tinge - but are still on the trees."^[1][2] The game will take place in Albion, 500 years after Fable's setting, in a colonial era resembling the time of highwaymen or the Enlightenment. Guns are still primitive, and the entire area is free roaming and more developed (large castles and cities in the place of towns).^[3] Unlike in the original, the player may choose to be either male or female.

3.  Too Human

Too Human is a video game currently under development by Canadian developer Silicon Knights for the Xbox 360. It is the first installment in a planned series of three games.

4.  Banjo Kazooie 3

Banjo-Kazooie 3 is the working title for the upcoming platform game in Rare's Banjo-Kazooie franchise, announced at the X06 Media Briefing. It is the fifth game in the franchise to be released and takes place eight years after Banjo-Tooie. Rare has announced several characters for the game, including returning characters from the series. In an ending sequence for Banjo-Tooie, Gruntilda hints of a "Banjo-Threeie" sequel, which led players to believe that the game would be entitled Banjo-Threeie.

5.  Gears of War 2

Gears of War 2 is a third-person shooter video game in development by Epic Games and to be published by Microsoft Game Studios exclusively for the Xbox 360.^[3] It is the sequel to the critically acclaimed best-seller Gears of War, and was announced by lead designer Cliff Bleszinski during the 2008 Game Developers Conference on February 20, 2008. It is currently scheduled for release in November 2008 and will use a heavily upgraded version of the Unreal Engine 3.

6.  Fallout 3

Fallout 3 is an action role-playing game, currently under development by Bethesda Softworks. It will be the third major game in the Fallout series, which has also spawned the spin-offs Fallout Tactics and Fallout: Brotherhood of Steel. It will take place in the year 2277, 36 years after the setting of Fallout 2

I guess it'll depend on what you mean by flop. I think all these games have chance to sell over 1 mil.

Gears. Not a flop. Massive seller, blah blah blah.

Too Human. Possible flop. This game is nearly dead to me. I just can't think about it any more. I'm sure plenty others feel the same.

Banjo 3. Unfortunately, this has a good chance of flopping. We'll see. Maybe Rare will pull their head out of their ass. I'm not holding my breath. It will need to be spectacular to sell well on the 360 userbase.

Ninja Gaiden 2. Will sell moderately well. Not a real success, not a flop.

Fable 2. Will be a success, probably to the tune of 1.5-2m copies sold at end of life.

Fallout 3. FLOP. PLEASE LORD, LET THIS GAME CRASH AND MOTHERFUCKING BURN............ DIE BETHESDA DIE DIE DIE DIE DIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can't really anwser about all of them >.> but I assume Ninja Gaiden will probably be a hit, and I'm hoping Banjo Kazooie 3 will be a hit, just cause I want that game to be awesome.

hmm, harder for fallout 3 to flop as its a multi platform release...in terms of 360 release it wont flop.

Ninja Gaiden - It did well on the original Xbox. Consequently, I expect it's sequel to do better on the more successful 360. I expect it to do 1.5 mil (based on no idea what the xbox version did)

Fable 2 - Ditto. In fact, while the first title suffered from unmet expectations. I expect this will be the opposite. 3 mill minimum.

Too Human -  A bit of a wild card. But it looks like a major effort title. Perhaps another 1.5 mil. But I'm thinking it will hit 2

BK 3 - No god damned idea what the game even is. But worst case scenario it gets a million with bundled sales (you know this game will end up in bundles)

Gears of War 2 - 5 mil min. 

 Fallout 3 - hm... it's multiplat. So probably around 1.4 mil?
