Isn't China 'under control' cause most of the country is in quarantine though? Lol. Who knows how long that will last and if the virus won't just return and spread again once it's lifted.

Foxconn reopened weeks ago, Most companies are in/are close to full production. Most new corona cases are people returning from outside of the country that's why everyone has to go in quarantine when entering the country.

Well, it ain't confirmed yet but HW2 does show that The Banished are in the same system as Reach and both HW2 and this new book are set after Halo 5. I doubt the Prometheans will take a step back unfortunately and it might be too early for The Flood if they introduce The Banished as a villain alongside Cortana.

There was new concept art for Halo 5 revealed recently which may have shown they had a entirely different idea for the story to begin with.

The Didact Halo 5 Concept Art, appears to be composed in a Promethean body, as he did get disintegrated at the end of Halo Escalation, I think it would be cool if Didact returns in Infinite and ultimately steals Cortana's Promethean army from her after she's done all the hard work assembling it. Warden Eternal would likely be more loyal to Didact than Cortana.

There was a Youtube video I watched the other day which basically theorises that Infinite will have Chief collecting fragments of Cortana, each Cortana fragment with a different personality, as we saw her split herself at the end of Halo 4, the Halo 5 Cortana isn't the Halo 4 Cortana, we save her by collecting all the Fragments of her and combining them together again but that leaves an entire Promethean army up for grabs which opens the doors for Didacts return.

Also there was this Concept Art, Elite's merged with Prometheans, honestly I'd rather fight those than actual Prometheans, have Cortana have her own little Covenant army which she is experimenting on combining AI with Organics, would make them different enough from The Banished if they were to return.

I saw that video too. I wish they did bring back the Didact for halo 5 and scrapped the whole thing with Cortana. Most of these concepts were for Halo 5 so I don't think they will make it into Halo Infinite. Collecting Cortana fragments might be a thing.

US NPD ACC & GC - The Xbox Elite Series 2 Wireless Controller was the best-selling video game accessory for the fourth consecutive month. It is the best-selling accessory year-to-date.

Every time I see that I scratch my head wondering how it can sell more than the Standard X1 controller and Dualshock 4.

This is revenue based.

Don't get me wrong though, what it is doing right now is really impressive.

I watched latest Brad Sams video. He mentioned interesting fact that MS initially planned to launch Series X in September which makes sense because Cyberpunk 2077 could be a huge launch title. But I'm not sure if it is possible anymore given the current situation.

Was watching the Digital Foundry video for Ori 2 just now. Definitely a technical mess. Framerate drops way below the 60 target on XB1 and XB1 S, as low as 28 fps. Even on XB1 X there are some pretty significant frame drops. Respawn load times are also way longer than they were in the first game. I’m honestly not sure how Moon went so wrong on this one. These performance issues were present in the E3 demo, they’ve had many months to fix them.

I’m honestly not convinced that their upcoming patches will be enough to fix the problem, especially on XB1 and XB1 S, the frame rate drops are just too large to overcome with patching. Optimizing in another 20-30 FPS will be nearly impossible. They may need to just lock XB1/XB1 S framerate at 30 fps to avoid the constant stuttering from uneven frame times.

At this point, I think the only stable 60fps console version of the game would be the next gen version.

As much as I am looking forward to playing Ori 2, I'm going to wait until it gets a patch and fixes most of the game breaking bugs. I have plenty of other games to keep me occupied in the meantime.

If you have an X, it's honestly fine to play. There's the occasional 1-2 second freeze (mostly seems to happen after fast traveling, and if you open/close the menu a bunch), but by and large it runs pretty smooth. That's my experience at least. Much more annoying for me is that chievos aren't popping.

Ori is running fine on X. Like Angelus said, it sometimes freezes for a second but that doesn't matter much.
No achievements glitched for me yet. What difficulty are you playing on Angelus and Ryuu96? Read somewhere not all of them unlock on easy.

9 hours of playing and got to say I love this game. Best platformer I've ever played. I just escaped an avalance and after that, the cutscene broke my heart heh.

Normal, my max energy is glitched and complete the game.

Damn.. I hate gliched achievements. Not a fan of this list of achievements either :P No way I can finish the game without dying for example.

Beat the game on hard. Got none of the completion chievos. Also didn't pop the ones for maxing health and energy. And I'm missing one gorlek ore despite collecting all secrets on the map. Frustrating lol

I read Moon Studios is aware of end-game achievements not unlocking. Apparently day-one patch locked them or something. Hope it's fixed soon, stuff like this is frustrating indeed..
