Can we talk about how fast Smash Ultimate is gaining preorders? That game will be so huge. I wasn't expecting Shenmue 1+2 too do so well, so that's nice.

5 Switch games in top 10!

Pocky Lover Boy!

Ps4 taking the top 3 spots. Total software is domination as always. Next few weeks will be fun.

Yeah, preorders are really something else for Smash. Not only do the preorders of the game itself do pretty well, the Smash bundle is also doing extremely well.

I feel Super Mario Party preorders are pretty underestimated here, it's doing very well for months now already and steadily accelerating. Pokémon are also slowly cutting the slack and picking up the pace

Switch got to rule the summer, but now that fall is here, the chart is going to get all sorts of mixed up. Exciting times ahead.

September goes to Playstation, October... is more tricky, especially for NPD.

The Fortnite bundle still counts for September in NPD and the Smash bundle will count for October despite them releasing in October and November respectively.

Due to this I think Nintendo will win October NPD thanks to Smash bundle being counted there but loose WW, looses November NPD since Smash bundle not counted for the month but wins WW, and wins December on all markets due to Smash and Pokémon.

If it doesnt have high digital ratio I was thinking the exact opposite. 110k over PS4 and Xbox does not bode well for the upcoming sequel IMO.

Wow, that is confusing.  I naively thought a bundle released in November would count in November's numbers.

Not impressed with Shenmue. And this’ll be super-frontloaded as well, I don’t see it breaking half a million. Maybe 300k will already be a hard enough target, but we’ll see come holidays if there’s a bump.

I expected My Little Dragons Cafe to sell better on Switch than PS4, but I'm surprised that My Heroes One's Justice is also selling better on Switch. Switch takes over also as platform for fighting games? Or is this an outlier?
