Forums - Politics Discussion - Why don't you believe that Trump is a Russian tool?

Devout followers of Trump will see no wrong in any of Trump's words or actions. Trump followers just like their dear leader Trump, will simply blame all of Trump's issues on the Left. To a Trump follower, Trump is infallible, Trump is innocent, nothing is Trump's fault.

The US has passed a law protecting political donors from identification by removing the requirement of donors of $5000 or more to no longer have to identify themselves. This comes on the heels of NRA being identified as one of the organizations funded by Russia. The Treasury organization responsible for making this rule has been in contact with a Russian agent named Marina Butina, who has been charged.

More dark money in politics from the Republican party.

This video explains it a lot better than I have:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gGus-h0b8TQ

Basically, the US government is corrupt beyond comprehension at this point, and by Russian agents of all people...

I don't really wanna get into who's funding NRA. But I feel like you're ignoring the questionable sources dems get their money. Other countries, lobbyists that rely on government funding, etc. This is something the media ignored while Hillary was running with her massive campaign.

Lets not forget Hillary spent about double the money as Trump and still lost. Frankly, left wingers tend to have more money to play with and that won't change.

"I don't want to argue against your point, so how about I throw out some random speculation about a completely different party. Whatabout Hillary!"

"What?! You responded to my red herring by making fun of my red herring!"

I describe myself as a little dose of toxic masculinity.

Maybe we just prefer his policies over what the left is pushing?

I mean the left's agenda is NOT being tough on the borders, socialized healthcare even though people aren't interested very high taxes, and... social justice? Its not that Trump is infallible, it comes down the to policy we don't' care for what the left is about.

That's what people don't get, its not that we're in love with Trump. We just really don't like the left, we despise your leaders.

Speaking as a Left-leaning European, Trump is not my flavour of politician at all and he may well damage the institution of the presidency for a century, but no, I don't believe he's a tool of Russia.

Russia had enough reason to intervene in the election just because of who Hillary was: a hawkish internationalist who was very likely to pursue U.S. national interests in Eastern Europe and the Middle East. Trump - a pragmatic, isolationist, business-minded candidate - was as attractive to Putin as he was to many U.S. voters.

Could Russia have had a file on Trump that could have been used to blackmail? Sure, but so what? Trump was indiscreet, clumsy, prone to lies and gaffes but he was also just a businessman and (later) TV star. Using a blackmail dossier against him would have been very risky then and there was very little that he could realistically have accomplished for Russia. As he got more powerful, such was his unpredictability that “recruiting” him would likely have done more harm than good.

The conspiracy theory gives too much credit to Putin and too little credit to Trump voters, who had plenty of good reasons to vote for him other than fake news in their social media feeds. Democrats may be “my guys” politically but their continued arrogance on this issue is astonishing

The American left has turned full masshysteria since Trump got elected, has nothing to do with facts anymore and it kinda turned into a paranoid religion.
And you can say what you want but Putin is a more intellectual strong leader than most of the american ones, better to have Russia as a friend instead of hypocitically marking them as the bad guys.

And yeah also look up on Hillarys connections and Obamas connections with Russia, does that make them Russian tools?
Talking about tools, those involved in this masshysteria are the biggest.

Dude.. he said he consider leaving nato, fbi is deep state, hillary is deep state, cia is deep state, obama created isis, mexicans are ALL rapists, he can kill someone in a street no one would care, they said jews will not replace us he said there are good people on both sides, russia is holding germany Captive, duterte is a good man, Putin is a great man (at least 25 times), everything is Obamas fault but doesnt give any reasons, mc Cain is a traitor,  bad words about the EU but countless times, sepperating children from their families and calling CHILDREN criminals????? (Most idiotic thing he has done so far), everything beside infowars and fox news is fake news, Erdogan is a great man turkey is a great country, they have good people in the neo nazi scene, xxx hollywood actor is not funny or has bad acting skills etc...

What i mean with that is that he is an idiot.

I'd be careful who you call an idiot after posting that. You might be setting yourself up for a rude awakening.

That being said, I've read some unhinged garbage in my day but buddy, you made it to the hall of fame with this nonsense.

As for why Trump isn't a Russia tool. Well, ask yourself what about Trump policies benefit Russia? Is it making peace with North Korea? Possible. Is creating an environment where the US economy goes nuts and just keeps on roaring along? Doubtful. Is it going to our partners and say stop buying oil or CNG from Russia, buy it from us instead. Nope. Is it putting the missile defense system in Poland after the previous clown tore it down? Nope, they hate that. Is it actually enforcing, you know what I can guess you get where I am.going with this.

Fact is the left in the country, so obsessed about Trump, are intellectually dishonest about the results his polices have created. From getting remains of American GI's from Korea to literally negotiating a ZERO tarrif policy with the EU. If Russia's grand scheme is to make what I am seeing now then all I can say is they're rooting for the US more than Democrats are. It's like whenever there is any good news. The first thing to do on the left is whine that Trump will get credit for something he accomplished.

Think about this. Everytime the economy grows, unemployment lowers they're people convinced the guy moving the Israeli embassy to Jerusalem is the actual embodiment of Hitler; and any good news is bad news because he stays in office.

You want Russia agents", then maybe it's the Congressman shooting, Antifa mob marching, constant talk about treasonous, private and public citizen harassing leftist? In all my years I have never seen a group so openly hostile to anything and everything good for the US.

Trump is an kgb agent, the british royal family are reptilians, the earth is hollow and the nazis fled to Antarctica where the doorway is. Cern killed us in 2012 and we are actually living in a different dimension and there's another planet and brown dwarf star that enter our solar system every 5000 years with the Anunnaki.

Everything makes total sense. Im woke.

Didn't the DNC get the Trump dossier from Russia? My memory is a little fuzzy on that. I think that's what got this FBI thing started.

The Dossier was funded first by some conservative mag trying to get dirt on Trump from Fusion GPS.  I guess after a while they decided to go for Trump and dropped support for the Dossier.  The DNC and Hillary picked up the funding for it.  Some ex Brit spy came on board and finished up the research on the dossier.  Actually it was not the Dossier that got things started it was George Stephanopoulos who got the whole thing started by telling some Aussie Trump acquired dirt on Hillary from some Russian government source and the person he told, spilled his/her guts to the CIA or FBI.  Since this was at the time when the DNC was getting hacked, it was believed that Trump and some Russian Government source was spearheading the hacks and this is what jumped things off.

The Ex British spy was the one with ties to the Kremlin. He made that dossier and it did start things. That fake dossier was the main source for the spying warrant from the fisa court. Popadopalous was a set up. The Russian source that told him had ties to the FBI CIA. They fed him the line, a job and assigned drinks with the Aussie diplomat. He’s some clueless asshole and they hustled him.

It was believed that Trump was spearheading the Russian attack by who? That’s convenient.
