Lookin' good. Great to see the Switch getting more 8th gen multiplats.

Graphically Wolfenstein 2 looks pretty good on Switch, there's some noticeable texture pop-in and such though like in the background at the very beginning, but man that framerate seems like it needs a bit more work. It's dropping a lot in that 25 minute GameXPlain video.

I wouldn't worry too much about the framerate. The resolution looks very stable, possibly fixed in that video. I would expect that just like on Xbone and PS4, Switch will use a dynamic resolution to compensate. That plus some more nips and tucks should clean up those frame dips.

But damn that's impressive. Even if it has to be reined in a bit this looks pretty outstanding. This makes me excited for the possibility of future id Tech 6 games. Especially if id further optimizes the engine for Switch in the meantime.

Wolfenstein is impressive actually.

I guess you can't expect more from Switch, but Wolfenstein has some severe framerate problems and audio stutter. Textures are really low resolution as well. Is it really any better than Doom?

W2 is 540p undocked, 720p docked i believe.
