Why do you always feel targeted in these types of threads? I've always said that vocal male feminists are dodgy and now it's coming to light that, yeah, they are. I think Julian Assange has put it nicely:

Ah, somehow men caring about women, and wanting them to be treated with respect is somehow twisted into us just wanting to take advantage of them. Yes, we're obviously not perfecct (I am embarrassed with the amount of porn I watch), but I don't commit sexual assault.

My only experience with NeoGAF was when someone on another website linked to them during E3, and they were going berserk that Link wasn't going to be a woman in Breath of the Wild, either optionally or flat-out changed into one. It was not just one or two people, it was pretty much everyone that was posting in the thread.
That is literally the only time I've ever visited that website, and that particular thread left me with a powerful impression that it's full of crazy people.

It's probably because this is an off-the-cuff video as opposed to his other videos that are scripted. Not to mention, he uploaded his video almost right after the meltdown went full force, so he was probably shocked at what happened. If you want to see a different take, Mister Metakour ran a stream covering the meltdown.
I’ve been a member there for close to two years. It has its issues but for the most part I greatly enjoy it and posting there. A lot of the users are fun to converse with and read opinions on things. It’s been my go to for game news for a few years ever since n4g went to crap.

I feel annoyed by how often you assume the worst out of people and create rather questionable generalizations. Just because some vocal male feminists are pieces of garbage, doesn't mean the majority are secret rapists.

It's truly ridiculous to think anyone who is a vocal male feminist is just seeking to take advantage. How anyone generates these concepts is beyond me.
