Forums - Nintendo Discussion - Your Switch pet peeve?

Amount of people feeling the need to make the thousandth 'we need game X on switch!' with every comment literally being similar enough to make you experience deja vu.

We get it. Hentai babes 5000 or half life 3 for Switch would be cool since it's portable and you love the game SOOOO much. Every platform would benefit from more games - there's no need for this useless conversation

I would like to see more media apps.

MLB, NFL, NBA

Otherwise half the time I am wasting money paying for these. WOuld be nice to be able to watch when takign a break from work on  ascreen that is bigger than a mobile phone.

No microphone on the console, I want to get back to blowing into my console to replace button presses.

lack of cloud saves makes me feel paranoid i’ll lose all my progress someday.

lack of bluetooth headphone support makes playing portable just a little more inconvenient.

not being able to customize the game page. tbh 3ds had more options than the Switch has in this regard.

This is heavily influenced by my personal preferences, but my 'pet peeve' is how low spec it is as a home console. The Switch already has some truly great games, but my experience with them has been slightly dragged down by knowing it could be even better elsewhere. To be fair to the Switch i get that feeling even with the PS4 Pro (which is a quasi-generation jump over a docked Switch), but not to the same degree.

PC has spoilt me, i'm no longer fit for marriage.

My pet peeve is that it's almost impossible to play games that require precise controls in handheld mode. Having to take the controllers off the sides, set it up and play with a pro controller is a pain in the ass.

Because there's no Internet browser, I can't authenticate with the free Wifi at university, so I can't play online there. Even though they "claim" the screen should pop up, that's only happened like twice since March. It usually just says it connected but doesn't work because I can't authenticate. If I could access the browser myself, it would work fine. :|

I was at a hotel for the past five days and I was hoping to test this out but it just connected. I didn't even get to enter a password. 😢

I want to get my daughter one for Christmas. She's logged in countless hours of Splatoon and Zelda on mine. If I get one for her, she won't have any of her saves.

That sucks.

^ This. Just wish it was a little more powerful.
