According to what source exactly? You've so far mentioned 3 countries to try and suggest the sales aren't high when we have the whole WW to consider at this point he's right it's simple denial on your part.

Don't even bother with Lawlight. It's comical his hatred towards Nintendo at this point.
ARMS could've sold as much as Zelda and Mario Kart and he'd still find a way to crap on it. (Nintendo fans have nothing else to play.) Or something like that.

Best advice one could give. Just report him if you think he is trolling, he is like few bans away from being gone anyways if I am keeping track correctly. 

On topic Congratulations Nintendo, being back on profitability for quarters is always good sign.

The only region we don't have numbers for is Europe. Unless it sold way, way more in Europe than in NA and Japan combined, the game does not come close to the shipped numbers.
