Rule is simple: Game needs a Teen rating equivalent or lower. So, no M/R18/Z etc. Questionable ratings that mature titles use to squeeze in like USK 16 and MA 15+ are valid as long as they translate to a Teen rating in America. I don't care if you think a certain mature game is safe enough for kids, we are going with official ratings on this one. How much quality safe content is there on the XBox One/PS4 for kids? What are the best kid friendly games for either console?

Dead or Alive Xtreme 3 VR edition

Edit: in all seriousness, Dragonball Xenoverse 2 is a very fun game. If you hate dragonball, you obviously won't enjoy it. 

Naruto Ninja Storm is a high quality game which isn't as dark as other fighting games (such as Tekken, Mortal Combat, and others). Unlike xenoverse, you don't need to be a Naruto fan to enjoy it.

All of the sports games are very solid too. They become pretty cheap eventually, and are worth the price, especially for local play.

Well, let's what I've got. Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster is a definite!!! However, I'd also recommend Infamous: Second Son, Shovel Knight, and Rare Replay I guess? From what I've played, those are good choices. Especially Final Fantasy X
