Ps4: Ratchet and Clank, Horizon, The Last Guardian, FFXV, Journey, Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm 4, Tekken 7, Gravity Rush 2, Uncharted 4, Infamous Second Son
If you don't mind remasters or haven't played Kingdom Hearts yet then all the collections are nice too (Kh1.5+2.5 and KH 2.8)
The best family game on the Ps4 for me though is Ratchet and Clank.
