Agreed and I've argued VR just isn't a relevant thing yet.
I think to the average consumer its still too expensive and looks cumbersome.
If the rumors of cheaper and wireless headsets is true, that's when VR will be relevant.

I think selling a million units of an expensive accessory is an achievement, but its not a userbase really worth supporting.
I mean Wii U and Vita has a much bigger userbase than that and struggle to get games. We don't even get Kinect games and it has a bigger userbase.

Those aren't rumours, those are just natural progressions of technology and manufacturing.
Maybe there are some rumours about specific wireless and cheap headsets, but cheaper, wireless headsets of respectable quality from some manufacturer is pretty much inevitable within the next five years.
