absolutely, I don't know how anyone can look at the constant shilling from feminist sites or even left wing sites in general that big these movies up just because a woman is the lead. Ghostbusters from last year was one of the biggest turds I've ever seen, yet it got a 73% on RT after months and months of incessant articles about how amazing it was just for having an all woman team and how sexist anyone who didn't look forward to it was.

Well, I do get your poitn of view, and is one part why I'm hesitant to believe this 97%. No movie shoudl get a 97%. This isnt' video game revieweres, there are way more movie reviewers and way more varied in tastes. It is just unbelievable to think any movie can appeal to 97% of the population.

Then there is the fact that many comic book reviewers who are loving this also loved on Suicide Squad, and that was garbage.  I've come to realize they will never give a Zack Snyder film a good score. Just as you claim this and others are PC crowd giving a good review, I say that same to critics hating on Zack Snyder. He is like the Adam Sandler of directors. Not comparing movies/quality, just saying the industry seems to HATE them.

But I did read one review where they complained that Steve Trevor was just as big a hero as Wonder Woman or something along those lines. YOu know, he was not the damsel in distress and contributed just as much.

I don't know how that is a negative. Guessing it harkens back to your feminist drivel. I never get racism or feminism. They claim to be fighting for equality, yet they are always bitching when its equal. They want inequality, just with them in the favor. How is a movie where both a man and a woman are the stars of the movie and neither one puts down the other but they bring each other up a bad thing?

Do you know how Rotten Tomatoes work? 97% isn't a score but the amunt of critics that think the movie is worth to watch, the real score they give is a 7.7 which doesn't seem crazy compared to other superhero movies without a woman on the lead.

yeah i know how it works, but it still seems strangely high given DC's recent track record. i will give it a watch when it comes to TV or Netflix in a year, and I hope I enjoy it, but nothing will convince me to trust the modern reviewer

Finally! Great to hear it. MoS was good, Suicide Squad was decent, but BvS was a slap in the face of any real DC fan. That abomination was an offense against us. About time for DC to step up the game and create movies worthy of the legendary characters involved.
