Forums - Politics Discussion - Trump continues efforts in Palestine

The president of Palestine has come to DC. I don't know if anything will actually change (for better or worse), but it'd be nice to visit the place and see it continue to improve. Regardless of what I think of Trump, I will approve his actions if he somehow fixes the 60+ year-old conflict.

It's not like the president of Palestine has really any say in anything as long as the world is Israel's bitch. Nothing will come of this, especially when he's talking to an orange who couldn't even point to Palestine on a map that has only Palestine on it.

If you demand respect or gratitude for your volunteer work, you're doing volunteering wrong.

Why are you people so negative when it comes to Trump? Name one president who describes the cake he ate with such enthusiasm.

I'll wait.

Exactly. What Israel Is Doing To Palestinians Is Actually Genocide, And the Jews perecuted My Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.

While the idea of both meeting makes me smile, I hope Trump realizes Benjamin Netanyahu doesn't want peace and he's best left to the wolves...

I'm a bit sceptical about Trump and the Israel/palestine conflict, since he has clearly been supporting Israel in the past, but if he takes the time to talk with the Palestinian president then that's a good sign.

Just because every other president sucks doesn't mean that Trump should be excused of everything.

The conflict can't be solved, only thing you can do is limit tensions.

It was tremendous and I have the best words.

I'd be surprised if Trump has even heard of Palestine before considering he can't even locate the Pacific Ocean on a globe.

I describe myself as a little dose of toxic masculinity.
