From what I gather, no concrete solution has been found so far, nor why it's even happening, and Nintendo hasn't said much about it. Seems like it's pretty common too unlike the already solved Joy-Con problem. Naturally this is highly concerning for me (as it should be for everyone really) since the main reason I'm buying a Switch is for Splatoon 2. Even if I get lucky and my Switch turns out to be fine, others may not be and so there'll be frequent lag and drops ruining the experience.

Mine has wifi issues and left Joycon in less that 4mts....

So far, I don't saw any wifi issues on my device, but I got other issues to fight with.

I only had it once, I restarted and then never again. It's hard to tell since I don't really play online but when mk8d comes out, it will be the true test.

When did you buy yours? Newest Switch shipments should have the Joy Con fixed, but if not I believe you can send it in to Nintendo for a replacement.

Mine seems to normally work fine. My laptop's wifi is noticeably stronger than the Switch's, though, as there's rooms where one works while the other does not.

I'd say overall the Switch's wifi is a little weak, which is weird because I recall reading that the hardware they used should be reliable.

No wifi issues, except I couldn't play the Splatoon 2 testfire at my friend's house during my visit there.

I do have connection range issues with the joycons and stupid diagonal dpad on the pro.
Still need to call Nintendo's BeNeLux customer service to see what they can do about those.

This is what happened to me too. I could never connect to the Testfire, but a restart later and i got into games instantly!

No issues with mine.
