I'll probably end up seeing it with "the boys" because they're into these movies still. Meanwhile I'll probably be laughing at how over the top it is like I have been the last few movies. I actually enjoyed the first 2 as movies. Went downhill at over 300kms, drifting while shooting missiles at helicopters from there.

what are you a realism in movies guy?  Or just like things depressing?

I really enjoyed it. Better than the last 2 movies imo.

I was right. That scene on the ice with Dom at the end... Wow. Just wow.

How a simple street racer/mechanic could do all the things he does is just unrealistic. I still enjoyed it though, for what it was.

I agree but the only unrealistic thing I didn't like in the movie is when Dom jumps out of the car at 200 mph, rolls once or twice and then gets up again. As far as I remember he does that twice in the movie.

well in 6 he jumps across a highway and catches Letty as they both rocketed out of 100mph cars then slams into a car all without snapping her neck.  Also the rock jumps out of like the 6th story in furious 7 and lands on a car and has a broken arm in the hospital is all lol.  This is not a series for realism.  Let's also not forget they beat the crap out of each other in fights and yet never have a scratch afterwards.
