But it was news around the world because of Erdogan annoying them so close before election and because of Wilders and what his election would mean for whole Europe

All votes have been counted now pretty much, like 98% or something. Exit-polls were pretty much correct, seems winner VVD gains another 2 seats (33), Wilders's PVV 1 seat (20) while the Green party (14) and one of the Christian parties lose 3 seats and 1 seat respectively compared to the exit-poll. Turn-out was 80.2%, up from 74.5% last time in 2012.

Not a very surprising result, seems foreign media was hoping for sonething more... exciting in preperation for the French and German elections. I personally did expect VVD and Wilders to be closer though but in the end it really was no contest. Wilders has little use for his five extra seats, sadly for him, because I doubt Rutte is going to form a cabinet with him.

Its up to leaders to mitigate populist anger and it seems unlike Hillary and Remain, leaders have gotten the message.

The top 3 parties are now all in some way "conservative", so the populist anger won.

The liberal party lost about 30 seats

They're not really populists, though. And they did not rely upon anger to get their votes; none really emphasising on "change", or presenting the country's situation as worse than it is.

Bet with PeH:

I win if Arms sells over 700 000 units worldwide by the end of 2017.

Bet with WagnerPaiva:

I win if Emmanuel Macron wins the french presidential election May 7th 2017.

Add in the fact that center right in Europe is more liberal than Democrats of the USA.

Based on exit polling. Right... The same exit polling that was horribly off in the us elections, and said that brexit was a lost cause?

Using one US election to base all voting for all countries going forward probably isn't the best metric to base polls on. That's like using the Wii as a metric for all console gens going forward. It's just unreliable, more unreliable than not believing polls

He didn't use one, he brought up two. The U.S. election AND the brexit vote.

I said one US election. And as for Brexit, many people, including myself saw it coming. That one was a bit more obvious, imo. Then again -I did not follow the polls for that decision. Were they like the US one? And despite it being 2, that really doesn't improve things.
